Sen is delighted to announce that Professor Brian Cox CBE has agreed to join Sen as a Brand Ambassador. In his role Professor Cox will promote Sen’s live video of Earth and space to a global audience.
Sen’s vision is to make live views of earth and space accessible for everyone, inspiring, educating, informing and benefitting people around the world who can engage with Sen’s Ultra High Definition livestreamed video and real-time AI feed on any device.
Charles Black, Founder & CEO of Sen, said “Brian is recognised as one of the world’s most popular science communicators and I am delighted he has agreed to take on this new role to share Sen’s inspiring and educational live video from space with as many people as possible.”
As part of the relationship, Professor Cox has invested in and will support the growth of the company as it aims to reach even larger audiences around the world. Professor Cox also uses Sen’s livestream in his new tour show, giving audiences a glimpse of Earth in that moment.
Brian Cox said: “I’ve followed Sen for many years and have seen first hand the reactions of people when they see Earth live from space. I believe very strongly that the perspective that astronomy delivers is of great practical value. Understanding our place in the Universe and contemplating the fragility of our world against a backdrop of stars is not a luxury – it is a necessity because it frames our personal relationship with our planet and our civilisation. I’m delighted to have the chance to be a part of Sen and to support its mission to help everyone be a part of the wonder and potential of space.”
Other Sen ambassadors include astronauts Nicole Stott and Dr Sian Proctor.
Next year Sen is launching more cameras into space to increase live views of Earth.
